The OCB Board of Directors as the corporate governing body is established under the Companies Act no. 7 of 2007 and the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics in the Code of Best Practice on Corporate Governance, jointly advocated by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. The Board of Directors at Oxford College of Business are collectively responsible for operations and course delivery, and is comprised of:

Participation in decision making – student representation: To ensure the student perspective, Oxford College of Business has a student and/or recent graduate on each of its Board Audit & Compliance Committee, Reputation & Responsibility Committee, and Academic Board which provides valuable input in decision making.

FINANCIAL STANDING

Oxford College of Business (ACN 009 115 422, “AIB”) is incorporated as a Private Limited Company in Sri Lanka, and all of the trading activities of the company are conducted through Oxford College of Business.

As required by the Companies Act No.7 of 2007 and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka, Oxford College of Business submits independently audited annual financial statements which represent the financial statements of Oxford College of Business Pvt Ltd and all of the activities of Oxford College of Business.
