The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) has rated Oxford College of Business (OCB) as one of the top five companies with the Excellence in Best Management Practices in 2022.

At a ceremony at CIPM’s Annual Conference on February 2022 held at Cinnamon Grand Colombo, CIPM awarded Oxford College of Business with Excellence in Best Management Practices, after a rigorous process of assessments and surveys by the professional body from a list of 20 companies.

According to CIPM, the award was designed to give organisations and the entire business world the opportunity to celebrate contributions to the success of organisations under the theme “Back to Business in the New Normal”.

Receiving the award, the Director/CEO, at Oxford College of Business, Malindu Ranasinghe, said “I give all Glory and Honor to Christ alone for this great recognition.
